How do I buy something?
Just click on the item you want, select the quantity and then click ‘Add to Basket’. This will take you to your Shopping Basket, where all the items you’re buying are listed. You can carry on browsing by clicking ‘Continue Shopping’ or, if you’re ready to make your purchase, click ‘Checkout’.

How can I pay?
Online payments are through our Paypal Account system, therefore we can accept most major credit cards (American Express, VISA and Mastercard), Registration with PayPal is not required.

We can also offer cheque and bank deposit within New Zealand, contact us for more information. 

I’m not happy with my purchase – can I return it?
You can return any item for exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.

If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us ASAP on 021 721 770 or email us eye4adventure at clear dot net dot nz . Please save the original packaging and the damaged goods.

You’ll be responsible for shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns, but First Floor will pay for shipping on defective goods (provided that you didn’t cause the damage).

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally, additional shipping costs will need to be added to your order. We work these out on a case by case basis. We are also happy to direct you to a retailer in your area that stocks a similar range of products.
